Who Did Khloe Kardashian's Makeup?

I don't know if I should berate or congratulate whoever is responsible to the face Khloe Kardashian was showing at a NYC party last night. Seriously- someone let her walk out of her hotel with this amount of brightener, blush and fake eyelashes. I'm not even going to talk about her lips or the fact that girls with not much of a neck should never ever wear turtlenecks.
